emoticon Hi and emoticon to the team. I am a type 2 diabetic and have been controlling my blood sugar levels by diet alone. If you eat healthy and focus on the good carbs (vegetables, fruits, whole grains) you will find controlling your blood sugars is much easier. Portion control is key to our success. emoticon

Tracking my food honestly has been an eye opener for me, and the tools and information on this site has allowed me to make more healthy choices. I love that little changes add up into positive results.
