I have decided to try SparkPeople, although I have been working out with Coach Nicole's 28 day boot camp DVD. But I was off the work outs for over 45 days due to surgery. So no more excuses. I have been working with a Dietician through my Physician’s office since March 2012. My Physician is new due to my husband and me making a move in late 2011. Anyhow, I find my need to work with the modified moves on most fitness DVDs. My reason being I just am not coordinated enough to jump/leap and also twist/turn at the same time. Not to mention I can't move fast enough to keep up with some exercises. BUT I have improved to doing far better than when I started. My goal is 10% weight loss, which I should make by the end of next week, which is 11 months since I started. Than I want to maintain that lose for 3 to 4 weeks and go for another 10% weight loss and again maintain for 3 to 4 weeks and repeat the cycle until I reach my personal goal weight. My reason for "joining" SparkPeople is listening to others that are working on being healthier, plus all the neat subject and help that is offered by SparkPeople. My biggest hurdle is my mindless eating in the evening.
