I am glad to know there is are caring people out there and are boosting each other. This is my first day and so far I have done terrific. I still have about 31/2 hours before bedtime and am praying I don't go crazy and eat just to be eating. Knowing that all of you are out there and doing this to is a big booster to make me not want to. Again Thank you for being you.

Hi and to the team. A loss of just a 10% of your body weight can make a big difference in your BP and sugar levels. Healthy eating in the right proportions can get you where you want to go.....lighter, healthier, and happier.

Hi, I am new to the program. I need lots of support, figured out I can't do it on my own. I am so glad to see there are more people out ther like me. I need to lower my blood pressure and I am pre-diabetic.
