Just signed up...need motivation to exercise more and eat healthier. 35th class reunion coming up in August :) . I know the stories of others will inspire me. I am on Day 4 soda free, hoping that is a permanent change.
I don't have wee ones to watch but do have to fit in elderly parents into my schedule along with a full time job with commute and it was hard to fit in at first but you eventually find s routine that suits all of you. For me 9 pm would be late as I need time to chill before bed or sleep is a long time coming. Good luck Nan
Hi, I'm new at this & a little nervous but I need support. I'm recently retired & I'm splitting my time between WV & Arkansas. In Arkansas I provide child care for my grandchildren, three & one. It' difficult to find the time to exercise with two little ones, even though once I get into it, I do enjoy it. Is it okay to work out & 9:00 PM or is that too late?
