No matter what our circumstances are, most of us find time for exercise a challenge, so you're in good company! Welcome! emoticon

emoticon Hi and emoticon to the team. Exercise is an individual thing and can be done at any time of night or day, so it is never too early or too late to exercise. It all depends on your personal circumstances.

emoticon Personally, I get up an extra half hour earlier to fit in some walking and a ten minute workout from Fit, Firm and Fired Up! Once evening hits, I would rather be able to wind down.

I don't have wee ones to watch but do have to fit in elderly parents into my schedule along with a full time job with commute and it was hard to fit in at first but you eventually find s routine that suits all of you. For me 9 pm would be late as I need time to chill before bed or sleep is a long time coming.
Good luck

emoticon exercise is easy with little ones. walks, playing tag, keep a way or at the park. Remember a tired child plays quite or takes a nap.

Hi, I'm new at this & a little nervous but I need support. I'm recently retired & I'm splitting my time between WV & Arkansas. In Arkansas I provide child care for my grandchildren, three & one. It' difficult to find the time to exercise with two little ones, even though once I get into it, I do enjoy it. Is it okay to work out & 9:00 PM or is that too late?
