my sister lost 105 lbs age 63 walking 15000 steps a day

i lost 44 pounds at age 61 by giving up grain and sugar products.

neither one of us has had a relapse in over a year

It's best to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program and this is especially true for those with medical conditions. Walking should be a safe activity for you and perhaps water aerobics would be the safest route for you. Your doctor will know what is safe for your condition.
