Cherala has given you some good advice, just take it one step at a time. You will do it.

Hiya TARAANN1 and welcome to the 50+ SparkTeam!

You said it yourself ... in the military you had to stay in standards so how about using SparkPeople the same way? Log your nutrition and water intake and eat healthy. You can do it!

Don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal.

A few "bad" days can't ruin your plan... only giving up can do that. Just keep going and you will get there.

I have all the right intentions of staying on track but I just can't seem to keep it up. I was in the military for 26 years and had to stay in standards now I don't and boy have I fallen by the way side. A friend took my picture the other night and I was shocked that I really put on that much weight, I need all the inspiration and help I can get. emoticon
