You have a lot to be proud of....Now, you are an inspiration to others...I haven't been at my goal weight for ten years....Looking forward to getting it off and keeping it off...I have been overweight since I was a child...Very tired of struggling with it! ..Just retired recently and want to enjoy my retirement with enhanced health!! want to collect that pension as long as I can!! Been doing Zumba 4 times a week..and eat healthly..but eat too big of portions....Working on all of it for a lifestyle change!

Measure/weigh you nutrition - everything you eat or drink - and then log it in the Tracker.
This is my second time round with SP (SparkPeople) and I'm doing things differently. I make a positive blog every day, I step out of my normally shy and observant comfort zone and talk to fellow Sparkers, I joined SparkTeams and more important, participate in them because I get out of SparkPeople what I put into it. Sure it's daunting for me but it's so very worth it to benefit from other Sparkers knowledge, guidance, and more important, friendship.
