Measure/weigh you nutrition - everything you eat or drink - and then log it in the Tracker.
This is my second time round with SP (SparkPeople) and I'm doing things differently. I make a positive blog every day, I step out of my normally shy and observant comfort zone and talk to fellow Sparkers, I joined SparkTeams and more important, participate in them because I get out of SparkPeople what I put into it. Sure it's daunting for me but it's so very worth it to benefit from other Sparkers knowledge, guidance, and more important, friendship.
