Celebrated 'Diamond Jubilee' right along with the Queen...60yr. Got a new hip for my birthday, doing great!!! Having hard time getting motivated after surgery. My job requires physical ability and stamina. I feel tired all the time as my weight goes up. My family depends on me so need to jump on the wagon now. 30lbs is an attainable/realistic goal. I'm excited to get started. Love cycling, kayaking, walking...when motivated to do so!!! Love a good challenge!!
Hi everyone....I joined SP over 3 years ago and did very well lost at total of 35lbs....kept it off for awhile but then had some stress in my life and because I am a stress eater I started gaining my weight back....it seems like I can't get back on track...I started going to Zumba last year and trying to eat better...set a goal that I would be down 35 pounds by my birthday which is Feb. 3rd...when all of a sudden I started having pain in my left foot...not paying attention to the pain I continued with my zumba class...pain got worse...spurs....shot and boot...unable to continue class...so I eat..I am nowhere near my goal...depressed and eating...I am one of those people who need someone to compete against...it's more fun if someone else is doing it with you...last night I decided that today would be the day I start living right again... I am a mother of 3...grandmother of 12 and grt grandmother of 2...I want to be around to enjoy them for as long as I can...with the help of SP and the team I know I can reach my goal.
