Hi Groupies, I'm a lifelong gainer, loser, gainer, loser...you get the idea. I've been at The Spark since 2006 after I spent 2 years eating myself up to an all time high of 210. With the help of SparkPeople I lost 70 pounds in one year and kept it off for 2 years. I managed to gain back 20 pounds over the following 2 years. Right after the 2012 holidays I found myself in the danger zone at 183. I can pretty much abide the scale reading from 175-177 but getting in the eighties...shudder. I hope to make connections with this team, find inspiration, be inspirational and have a good time (yes, A GOOD TIME) kicking off these new found pounds and kicking out those nasty 20. If I lose more, so much the better. I'm back to tracking my weight, workouts and food. My Sparkpage needs a redo and I'll get to that. Right now I just want to shout out HELLO and let you know that I am ready for anything. MJ From PA
