I am wanting to loose 25-30 pouds by May when we go on a beach vacation. I did loose 18 last year, but gained it all back. I want to loose this for good and keep it off this time. Have sarted watching my portions of food, dinking lots of water, limiting seets to nearly none at all, and walking n treadmill each day. Need encouragement to keep this up. i am 59 years old.
