It gets harder after 50, but it can be done.
Unfortunately the cakes and biscuits have to go. Well most of the time.
Exercise is essential (even when it is raining)
And portion control is a must. Eye view of a portion and kitchen scale view are nothing like the same.
I will have had 8 years practice at being 50 on Sunday and believe me when I follow the rules above weight comes off. When I don't....... You will have guessed.
