I also am a lifetime member working back to goal and have a knee problem as well. I do the best I can when the pain is controllable. It can be done. Just take it one day at a time. I will be 76 in March

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

Hi I am a Life Time Weight Watcher's Member starting back on my weight loss journey who gained some of the weight back [10} LBS and want to get back to goal weight. I been on ww for 4 years now. I will be 56 in a few days and I have a knee replacemnet surgey 1 year ago. I work out when I am not in pain and try to get up and walk when I can. I work with special Ed preschool kids and I need lots of pep. I would loved to chat with a 50 plus person on WW who has same issues as me. I also coming back to spark people too. Thanks
