Hi I am also taking courses online. Welcome to the team. I moved here so I could be grandma more often and I am enjoying that but I am just getting started on my weight control lifestyle. I need to exercise but have not been feeling well. However, I did meet my goal of sleeping 8 hrs. I am planning to keep plugging as I want to be healthy most of all. Glad you decided to join. You might want to try setting some very easy goals at first.

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

emoticon sit down and figure out your time. Fine a time to exercise weather it is an exercise or something you are use to doing that keeps you moving.

I`m a 56 year old grandma, I `m used to be very active but I`m taking collage courses on line and since I started I have gained over 35 lb and getting very lazy ,so here I am .
