Hi! I'm new to all this! I am 52 years old and I have a goal of losing around 47 lbs. I want to be healthy and look better. I have been up and down the scale MANY times. I just want to stop the binge eating! Junk food,like chocolate..I can REALLY eat a lot of! I know the more sugar you eat,the more you want.My husband and I are going to start going back to the gym and have deciced to get some of our weight off. I KNOW we can do it. I hope to meet some people on here to help motivate me and maybe I could do the same for them. I would like to make some friends along the journey!
