Welcome!
I love junk food and sweets too! 2 things that really helped me was:

1. I don't keep any of that stuff in the house

2. I have a splurge day once a week to indulge so I don't feel completely denied.

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

Hi! I'm new to all this! I am 52 years old and I have a goal of losing around 47 lbs. I want to be healthy and look better. I have been up and down the scale MANY times. I just want to stop the binge eating! Junk food,like chocolate..I can REALLY eat a lot of! I know the more sugar you eat,the more you want.My husband and I are going to start going back to the gym and have deciced to get some of our weight off. I KNOW we can do it. I hope to meet some people on here to help motivate me and maybe I could do the same for them. I would like to make some friends along the journey!

YOU'VE GOT THIS! PIECE OF CAKE! OOPS! DID I SAY ...CAKE..I MEANT...FRUIT! LOL
