Welcome. I am glad I do not have the night shift problem though I still out of sync with the world as I have a 430 am rise on 4 workdays. Even that knocks my eat/sleep pattern out somewhat and yes enough sleep makes a difference to how I binge/ eat things I shouldn't and lose track of my calories. Good luck with your journey Nan
I am excited that SPARKS has a team with members over the age of 50 who can encourage each other. When you become older it is much harder to lose weight, especially BELLY FAT. I have no problem working out but I need assistance when it comes to properly eating the right type of foods. I work nights and sleep days so my body is out of wack. I have read so many medical reports that SLEEP is essential to losing weight. If anyone else works nights, please let me know what works for you. Any suggestions is helpful. Thanks.
