Don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal.

A few "bad" days can't ruin your plan... only giving up can do that. Just keep going and you will get there.

I turned 50 in September. I've been skinny my whole life until I hit 40 years old. Each year I added a few more pounds to my weight. In addition to that, my mother and close aunt died when I was 45, I lost my job at 46, my son left for 1st year of college at 46, I had a hysterectomy at 46, broke my foot and two surgeries at 47, I fell and badly cut my forehead at 48 and then I turned 50. Wow, this has been a journey for me. I have many other major issues with my health, but I am basically very optimistic. I can and will finally take charge of my life and weight. I know I can succeed. Enough about me. Thank you all for your help and support.
Debbie
