Hello All: I am restarting this year with a new attitude. I am eating around 1,600 cals a day, 3 meals and 2 snacks. For exercise, I started doing pilates 3x week, yoga 1x week and walking for 30 minutes on the other days. I have finally accepted that the best way to lose the weight is slowly while making manageable changes. The hard part is staying motivated which is why I joined this group. Have a great day!
