emoticon Hi and emoticon to the team. There are exercises that you can adapt to your needs in the strength training section of your fitness tracker. I do several arm and leg exercises while sitting on a chair. emoticon

I belieleve there are some exercise from a chair.
I know they wont be easy as I have been to a class my less able friend attends in Ayr Scotland called take a chair and I couldn't move for two days

Good morning everyone. I am looking forward to losing weight this year and being much healthier. I remarried almost two years ago and I want to be able to grow old with her. I also want to honor God who gave me this body. I am disabled and get around on crutches. I do wish that Sparkpeople would add some exercises on the listing for people who get around on crutches or use a wheelchair.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
