I never left the weight loss track, but sometimes life got in the way. i want from 215 to 170 and had a car accident and was laid up and couldn't exercise. Before I could get up and around I was up to 190. It took another year before I could find exercises I could do to start the weight lose again. I got down to 170 again and fell and broke my ankle. My sweet son cooked for me, but he was a 6 foot constriction worker and cooked for me as if I was. I got back to 190 and spent another year looking for exercises I could do. I got to 171 and I guess my body decided it wasn't doing the 170 thing again and I sat at 171 for a year. Some SP friends finally talked me though it, and I skipped 170 and went to 168. From there I dropped to 161 before Daddy passed and my Dr said to hold for a year and grieve I gain a couple pounds. My year will be over Fed 2ed and I get to start over with you.
