Hiya PonyGalPearl, as far as I know there is no Gluten Intolerance/Gluten Free or Lactose Intolerance/Dairy Free meal plan.

I am Gluten Free and what I do is:

Enter the food item(s) name into the Search box tab - the first Tab on the Nutrition Tracker.

If I can't find it as a general search then I search for it by name as entered by other members.

And finally if it doesn't appear there, then I enter the information myself under Enter Food Not Listed Link and it pops up in the Search or under My Favorites the next time I need to track it.
