and remember and movement will increase your metabolism. Start slow, find what you like and what works for you. Taking my grandsons for a walk is where I started, then added playing at the park instead of watching them. Now I've lost 50 pounds and go hiking with the boys.

I will be 61 in 2013 & my metabolism is nonexistent I'm sure I exercise regularly but eating healthy is difficult. I'm determined to lose @ least 25 lbs. with your help & spark people program. I hope everyone achieves their goal in the coming year. Tina
