it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

emoticon and remember and movement will increase your metabolism. Start slow, find what you like and what works for you. Taking my grandsons for a walk is where I started, then added playing at the park instead of watching them. Now I've lost 50 pounds and go hiking with the boys.

Objects in the mirror will get thinner than they now appear

I will be 61 in 2013 & my metabolism is nonexistent I'm sure emoticon I exercise regularly but eating healthy is difficult. I'm determined to lose @ least 25 lbs. with your help & spark people program. I hope everyone achieves their goal in the coming year.
