it is never to late to start.
my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.
i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..
i walk 15000 steps a day.
i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.
i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

I AM 63 YEARS OLD AND I WEIGH 179 LBS. AFTER MY SISTER DIED 3 YEARS AGO I BECAME VERY DEPRESSED AND RE-ENTERED MY AGORAPHOBIC STATE. TV AND COMPUTER WERE MY ONLY FRIENDS, OH YES, AND FOOD. FOOD ANSWERED MY CRIES, PUT ME TO SLEEP, WOKE ME UP AND SUSTAINED ME. NOW I HAVE AWOKEN FROM THE MIST AND CAN SEE THE SUN AND THE SKY ONCE MORE. I HAVE DECIDE THAT I WANT TO LIVE AND TO BE HEALTHY, NOT ONLY IN BODY, BUT IN MIND. MY OTHER SISTER AND I ARE STARTING THIS PROGRAM, WITH MY DAUGHTER, TOGETHER. WE WILL BE NEEDING ENCOURAGEMENT AND WILL GLADLY GIVE BACK TO ALL WHO ASK. GOD BLESS THIS PROGRAM AND ALL WHO ARE A PART OF IT.
