i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.

I am a 51 year old female who has been clean and sober for 10 years. Food is my last bastion, so I need all the help and encouragement I can get. I am totally powerless over sugar. I eat my emotions. I am sick and tired of not participating in life. I am excited about this new start and look forward to reading your opinions and experience through the forums. Cheers. Ps. I start tomorrow!!
