Hi, This is encouraging! I am 61 and really want to loose these last 49 pounds! I lost 58 pounds in the last 2 years and then came to a halt and can't even get rid of 1 pound let alone 49. I have been stuck for 10 months and am rather frustrated! So I found sparkpeople and decided to see what it was all about.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day.

i lost 44 pounds by giving up grain products and sugary products at age 60.

i use a salad plate as a dinner plate; i eat with a childs fork. takes your brain 20 minutes to tell your stomach your full. it works.
