This is my second time I've done SparkPeople. I first signed up in 2007 and just on Dec. 2, 2012, came back. I've decided to get a lot more involved and post comments and make myself accountable and available this time. I didn't do that last time, and I think it makes a huge difference. I also keep SP logged on all day and log food and water as I eat/drink. That way I know where I am and what I have left. Just takes a couple of minutes to do that.

Hello, I joined SparkPeople the first of the week. I have at least 50 pounds to loose and I'm finding it very difficult to track everything I eat and drink. I will say that that the 'tracking nutrition has been extremely helplful. I'm hoping that this system will certainly help and movtivate me to loose this excessive baggage.
