Hi, and welcome! Unfortunately, I have been having a lot of low back pain and pinched sciatic nerve pain so my exercise has been hit and miss lately. I do try to walk as much as possible - and I park a distance from the stores so that I get that walking in too. If you have no problems with pain, there are tons of great exercise videos here on Spark and I also like the Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds DVD's because you can do them in your own living room. I have the 1,2, and 3 mile workout set and they are great. Good luck!

Welcome! I'm walking and doing some strength training. I go to my community center where we have a few strength training machines. I also use some of the videos here on Spark on the days I don't go to the community center. One thing that is really helping motivate me is my Fitbit. www.fitbit.com It accurately measures my steps when I walk and I can sync the results here at SparkPeople to track my Cardio. That's easy!
