Make use of the internet when traveling to locate restaurants in the area of your destination and look up their menus in advance to determine the healthiest meal in your caloric range. It takes a bit of planning but it is doable.

Hi - - I'm new to SP as of this morning and really excited by what I see here. I am truly looking for a support network because it is TOUGH staying disciplined. I want to be unstoppable in my goal. While I am a very active person, I'm food challenged. I work so much and often have to travel for work, but I know I can overcome those obstacles. I just want to be unstoppable and hope to be realistic in my goals. Thanks for any advice or support you can send my way!
