Wow! Didn't know heavy cleaning would count as exercise.
Thanks for the info.
There is only one listing for that kind off activity and it is "heavy cleaning" on your cardio portion of the exercise tracker.

Hello everyone, I just joined this group last Friday and so far am enjoying the site. I have one major question as far as exercise. I do some major cleaning jobs and today worked 3 hours mostly vacuumning. I know it is not a regular exercise but I can really work up a sweat doing it. Does anyone know how many calories I am burning by doing this activity. also how many on other cleaning chores, as I am using my arms, legs, bending and stretching all the time I am cleaning. It has to count for something as I am so tired when I finish that I have no energy to do charted exercises.
