Hi folks. Well I've been joined up for a little while and really not used the site or got off the starting block. Lots of genuine excuses ,but still excuses..been a bad couple of years for me,but time to grab the reigns ! I want to loose 30 - 40 lbs . I know exercise is a bit limited due to physical probs BUT I also know I CAN INCREASE what I'm doing. I've also concentrated too much on my grown up boys (who live with me)and their lifes,food has been more their preference ..now its time for me to get back to my preference for me..they are old enough to do their own and sunday roast we can have together,as I cook this healthy anyway.
I want to be at my goal my this time next year so its very doable. IT IS TIME .
If anyone is just starting it would be great to buddy each other :)
