Hello, everyone! I'm really hoping to renew the motivation I need to lose some weight...about 40 pounds, ideally, and to be in overall better health. My husband and I will be retireing at the end of the year and we want to travel with our RV. I'm also having back surgery the first part of December so I'll be laid up for a couple months. I want to get into some better eating habits by then since I won't be able to exercise or walk much.
I'll appreciate any tips or advise that anyone has to offer. I'm a lifetime WW member,too, but that program has just lost it's 'zip' for me.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
