Hi, and welcome back Don't feel discouraged. I have been on and off Spark several times over the years and came back in May with a "serious" attitude adjustment. I'm doing pretty well and have made up my mind not to worry about how long it takes to reach my goals - just to stay with it until I do reach them. Looking forward to sharing the journey with you!

I was using this regularly and then quit. Don't really know why except I wasn't getting any results. I am 56, and out of work for the job that I was trained in and have my doctorate degree in. Quite depressing some days. Lots of stress in my life, money, relationships, no friends.......... So, I decided to try again. I really want to lose the weight. I find it very difficult though. I need a partner on a daily basis. I try to walk, just wish I had a walking partner even. The dogs are nice, but no conversation of course. So I hope I can be successful this time around. It sure would boost my spirits.
