Hi and . Well said....only a permanent lifestyle change will keep the weight off. Going back to our old ways will get us into the same "hot water" we were in before. Stick with your determination. It's going to lead you to a happier, healthier life.

Hey guys, I am Becky. I am from Texas. I am a Christian married to my lifemate for 28 years, I have 3 kids, 4 grandkids. I am pretty determined when I set out to do something and usually succeed. EXCEPT when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off. It has always been a mind game. Follow the diet rules, reach my goal weight, go back to old habits and guess what! Yes I gain it all back plus some! So today I did the Dr Phil thing, "How is that working for you?" Well it's not so I am here to start a new life, I am going to change my lifestyle and modify my diet!
