emoticon Hi and emoticon to the team. This may not work for everyone but I seems to work for me. I allow myself a small sweet treat at the end of my evening meal and I di bit desire to eat later in the evening. If I do not have something sweet with my evening meal I often want to eat later in the evening.

my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 105 pounds. she went from a size 24 to a size 10. all her health issues dropped off as the 105 pounds dropped off.

i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60. i went from a size 18 to a size 10 shorts and medium tops from a 1 or 2x.

we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal

I'm new 2 Spark but certainly not to the yo yo of dieting! I am 65 and have done it all in the diet regime. my friend turn me on 2 this site and I'm hoepful 4 a heathy start! I want 2 live 2 c grandchildren :} I have zero motivation and nights r my enemy! That's when I eat the most! Any help is appreciated. Thank you. emoticon
