Hi and to the team. This may not work for everyone but I seems to work for me. I allow myself a small sweet treat at the end of my evening meal and I di bit desire to eat later in the evening. If I do not have something sweet with my evening meal I often want to eat later in the evening.
I'm new 2 Spark but certainly not to the yo yo of dieting! I am 65 and have done it all in the diet regime. my friend turn me on 2 this site and I'm hoepful 4 a heathy start! I want 2 live 2 c grandchildren :} I have zero motivation and nights r my enemy! That's when I eat the most! Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
