Hi and welcome
Spark is a wonderful place to reach your goals with weight loss and nutrition. I see you've already gotten some good suggestions. I would just like to stress the importance of logging everything you eat into your nutrition tracker every day because this keeps you honest and accountable for your choices. Your diet has some restrictions that make it a little more difficult, but
There are now tons of gluten free products on the market and you don't have to spend a fortune for them at specialty health food stores. I've seen them at Kroger stores and even at the Dollar Tree and the 99 Cent Store. There are also some very good non-dairy milks, ice creams, etc. I don't eat soy products because I take thyroid medication and was told not to do soy, or only in very limited amounts if at all. It's hard losing weight and having diet restrictions can make it seem harder - but stick with it and see if you can find a Spark Team for people with these kinds of dietary restrictions - that would probably help a lot.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He wlll make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6
