Hi and welcome Spark is a wonderful place to reach your goals with weight loss and nutrition. I see you've already gotten some good suggestions. I would just like to stress the importance of logging everything you eat into your nutrition tracker every day because this keeps you honest and accountable for your choices. Your diet has some restrictions that make it a little more difficult, but There are now tons of gluten free products on the market and you don't have to spend a fortune for them at specialty health food stores. I've seen them at Kroger stores and even at the Dollar Tree and the 99 Cent Store. There are also some very good non-dairy milks, ice creams, etc. I don't eat soy products because I take thyroid medication and was told not to do soy, or only in very limited amounts if at all. It's hard losing weight and having diet restrictions can make it seem harder - but stick with it and see if you can find a Spark Team for people with these kinds of dietary restrictions - that would probably help a lot.

Hi and to the team. If you go to your Nutrition tracker page you will find Tracker Options on the left side near the top. Select Show Meal Plans from it's drop down menu. If you have listed your restrictions when you joined, SP will have formulated a menu that fits your limitations. Although the menu may seem limited you will find that there are options to make changes to the menu with each meal so that you can have more variety. The menu will also include recipes for some of the choices.
