GLADYSMO - Under my trackers, click on My Nutrition. Near the top of the page on the left hand side is a box that says Tracker Options. From it's drop down menu you can select Show Me Plan (or something like that). Clicking that will show you a meal plan the SP will set up for you according to the information you gave when you joined. If you decide not to follow the SP plan and would rather pick and choose your own foods, you can go back to Tracker Options and click Change Diet Settings from the drop down menu.

Hi there! My name is gladys and am so new to Spark...it is confusing. I am used to finding programs that have a plan to follow....I cant seem to find it on spark?? Can you help me? Foods that are ok to eat..and not ok to eat? Also it is showing I should eat 1200-1500 calories a day and I usually dont eat that much. Looking forward to hearing back from you and thank you
Welcome Tina Glad you decided to join Spark and this Team! This is one place where the old cliche "slow and steady wins the race" really does apply. Spark is great because it teaches you how to develop a new and healthier relationship with food. It truly is not a "diet" it is a new way of life.
My best advice - not complicated and it is working for me: 1) Use your Nutrition Tracker faithfully, every single day. This will keep you honest and accountable for your choices ; 2) Find a few exercises/activities you actually ENJOY doing and then do them 3-4X a week. If you like what you are doing the chances are much better that you will stick with it ; 3) Stay active with your Team(s) because this is the place you will get encouragement, motivation, and support - including hugs on those days when things are especially tough! and; 4) Try to have fun with this journey to slimness and better health!
