This is a very caring and supportive team so if you have any questions or there is anything you'd like to share, feel free to post a message anytime! If you are just starting out, I would recommend you begin by using the nutrition tracker to keep track of your foods eaten during the day and their nutritional value. You access it from the tab at the top of the page that reads "My Trackers". Also just click on things and navigate around the site to become familiar with it - that's what I did in the beginning. This site has so much information that it can be a little overwhelming when you first start, but don't worry about it because almost everyone feels that way when they are new. Good luck
