It gets better every day, Puggybug! My advice: find a couple of Sparkfriends, join one or two Spark Teams, and be faithful about logging food and exercise. There is so much great stuff on this site, I feel like I get to open a new present every day! People are so kind here, it's easy to get motivated!

I joined Sparkpeople yesterday. Looks like a great site to help with motivation and the much needed support that we all need to attain and sustain a healthy weight. I am looking forward to logging on to Spark people each day. It looks exciting, but right now I am quite overwhelmed with the site.
