My best advice may not be much but it's from the heart and it works for me: 1) Use your nutrition tracker faithfully, every single day, and run the daily report spreadsheet you access from that page. This will keep you honest with yourself and accountable for YOUR choices
; 2) Find a few exercises/activities you actually ENJOY doing and then do them 3-4X a week. If you like what you're doing your chances of sticking with it greatly improve
/ 3) Stay active with your Spark Team(s) because they will be a great sources of motivation, encouragement, and support as you work towards your goals
and; 4) Have fun - even a few laughs - with this! If you make this a happy place instead of some dreaded mission impossible you "are forced to do", you will greet each day with a new enthusiasm
On final thought: don't worry about how fast or slow you lose the pounds! That will do nothing but sabotage your efforts
This is one area where the old cliche "slow and steady wins the race"
holds true! It doesn't matter if it comes off "slow" what matters is that it comes off
