Hi, so glad you found Spark and this team If you feel overwhelmed with this site, you aren't alone. There is so much information and so many great tools that it takes everyone a little while to learn to navigate around it.
Congratulations on your DD's upcoming wedding. Spark is a great place to come to lose weight and develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise, however, this is a lifestyle change and not just a diet. I finally got that concept through my head - after trying every diet known to man and even being on and off Spark for several years. Now that I am looking at the bigger picture, I'm doing well. If you faithfully use your nutrition tracker, it will keep you honest and accountable for your choices. That tracker has been my lifeline and I know without it I wouldn't have a clue as to what I was putting in my body every day. This is also a great team - everyone is very supportive and they will give you tons of encouragement and motivation along the way. It's like having your own personal Again, glad to have you on board!
The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6 TLSB
and to the team. This is a large site and can seem overwhelming at first, so here is a suggestion to help you get started. On your start page (the first page that pops up when you first log-in) you will find the tab How to Use the Site on your menu bar. You can choose Getting Started Guide, Site Tour Videos, and Frequently Asked Questions from the drop down menu. These will help you learn your way around the site with the basic information you need.
