It will keep you honest and accountable for your choices of food and the amounts you eat; 2) Find a few exercises/activities you actually enjoy doing and then do them 3-4X a week. If you enjoy the activity you will stick with it, plain and simple.; 3) Stay active with your Spark Team(s). That is where you will get your encouragement, support, and motivation along the way; and, 4) try to have fun and enjoy this journey! If you make this your friend, you will hang in there and until you reach your destination
Don't worry about how fast or slow you lose either. This is one area where that old cliche "slow and steady winds the race" really applies This isn't a diet. This is a lifestyle change. If you give it time and give your body a chance to adapt to a new and healthier way of eating, you will succeed
