Hi, Jane and My best advice is 1) use your nutrition tracker faithfully, every single day, because it will keep you honest and accountable for your choices; 2) find a few exercises/activities you actually LIKE doing and then do them 3-4X a week - if you like doing them, you have a better chance of sticking with them; 3) stay active with your teams because they will keep you motivated and give you support and encouragement, and; 4) try to have fun with this because if you enjoy the journey you will reach your destination!

Hi and welcome to the team. If you use the nutrition and fitness trackers and read as much of the information SP provides as you can you will learn what your body needs to be healthy and how to get there.
Hi. I'm Jane and today I am taking one step toward a new beginning. I need all the help I can get and in return, I will do my best to help others. This is all an uncharted sea for me, so any advise is welcome. I want to be healthier, I want to feel better, and I want to never be ashamed of my appearance again. I am looking forward to this journey, even thought I know absolutely how hard it will be at times. Knowing you are cheering me on will be a tremendous boost to my will power!! Many thanks for your help and support!
