Hi, Jane and My best advice is 1) use your nutrition tracker faithfully, every single day, because it will keep you honest and accountable for your choices; 2) find a few exercises/activities you actually LIKE doing and then do them 3-4X a week - if you like doing them, you have a better chance of sticking with them; 3) stay active with your teams because they will keep you motivated and give you support and encouragement, and; 4) try to have fun with this because if you enjoy the journey you will reach your destination!

Hi. I'm Jane and today I am taking one step toward a new beginning. I need all the help I can get and in return, I will do my best to help others. This is all an uncharted sea for me, so any advise is welcome. I want to be healthier, I want to feel better, and I want to never be ashamed of my appearance again.
