You have just been blessed with many buddies to help you through your journey - we all help each other and we all are coming from the same place. Although our stories may vary a little, the ending is the same. We all need to learn to live a satisfying and healthy lifestyle and part of that - maybe the biggest part - is developing a new relationship with food. My best advice for anyone starting out on Spark is this: 1) use your Nutrition Tracker faithfully, every single day, because it will keep you honest with yourself and accountable for your choices; 2) find a few exercises/activities you actually enjoy and then do them 3-4 X a week, every week; 3) stay active with your teams because that's what will keep you motivated, and 4) try to have fun with this
