Hi and welcome. I recommend you begin using the trackers to help you analyze where changes need to be made. You are doing great with your exercise. Keep up the good work!

You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.
I am on synthroid too! I don't lose fast but I do lose steady. I think the nutrition and fitness trackers are the best tools for making sure I don't over eat for my fitness level.

I have been working out for years - still run 3.5-4.5 miles 3x a week, do pilates, weights and aerobic workouts. I just completed my first 5K, headed for my second this weekend, but I am slow! I am on synthroid for my thyroid, and zetia, cholesterol meds. Last year I weighed 10 lbs less drinking much water. Never go past that and I am 35-40 lbs overweight. Just joined a gym and changing my workout. Trying to get motivated that at 56 years old I can change my weight and energy level.
