Hi. My name is Mari and I have been a member of SP for a long time, but I come and go, mostly lurking on the sidelines. This weekend I came to be disgusted about myself and the shape I'm in and realized I have been "waiting" for something to kick me into gear and take care of myself once and for all. Stepping on the sale and clothes shopping did it for me. I am a member of WW and do go on a sporadic basis and I am on SP site almost daily. I have been trying to get motivated and feel that NOW is the time. I need to lick this. I need to get to a healthy weight and be able to wear "normal" clothes. I am so sick of it! Stepping on the scale was a shocker. I am once again over 200 lbs and my goal is to be 145. I know I have a long way to go and plan to focus on 5% at a time. I am starting from the beginning with SP and would like to join all of you to get and give support!
