Hello and welcome to the team! I agree with Sharon that the nutrition and fitness trackers are 2 of the best tools here on SP. I like to pre-plan my day on the nutrition before I eat anything so I can see how I am doing and make any changes for the day that I need to. Reading the messages and blogs are also very helpful and you always get a lot of support and motivation here on this team. Glad to have you join us!
