Hi! Find out about my philosophy of "DIE-IT"ing and how I've changed the name for myself to I'm on a "LIVE-IT" track instead. I'm also going to use art therapy techniques to further my weight loss goals and will share on my blogs for you to try out. Why art therapy?? Well first let me tell you I'm a trained art therapist. I currently work with individuals struggling wtih addictions and what better way than to segway my livelihood into my own personal growth? I'd like to introduce several different types of art directives that might help you to get to know yourself better. You can't draw?? No worries. Neither can I. Even though I'm involved in the art world, I find it tedious and boring to draw realistically. YET... drawing and painting are the venues to self discovery. I'd like to share this with you and see what happens. I invite you to follow and we can do this together. Gosh... this idea just happened. I suppose that's how inventions occur.
