There are two options regarding committment - your either IN or your OUT. There is no such thing as life in-between.

A BIG Hello and !
Leah, From Port Angeles, Washington
I grew up in Portland. We settled up here after my husband retired from the Coast Guard. But, I get to Portland often. Lots of family there.
Yes I was born in The Dalles Oregon. However moved away when I was 10 and did not come back until 1999. I remember it rained a lot and guess what, it still does. Funny how somethings never change. About 3 yrs ago, I moved from Salem and am currently living near the Lloyd Center.
I walk over 3 mi a day. During the raining season, I walk the malls. That gets old. I am thankful we are having a few sun breaks.
A hiking group that has been walking together since early 80's walks every Thurs. I sometimes make it. There is a SW group, a SE group and a NE/SE group. The groups take turns planning a walk for each Thurs. They car pool to locations outside their area. Sometimes they eat out and sometimes they bag it. You can bag it anytime, some people just don't eat out. They have been written up in the Oregonian twice over the years. They are always looking for new members.
I volunteer at a nursing home teaching crafts once a month.
Been a registered Girl Scout all my life. Belong to an adult girl scout troop that was formed back in 1976. We just got back from a 5 day trip to Vancouver, BC. We walked 17 miles in 3 days. I got to eat extra for all that walking.
