My best friend eats like a pig and is relatively thin. She weighed 88 when I met her 43 years ago and now she is a bit heavier. Maybe 140. lol I have struggled with my weight for a long time and I didn't want to go to Weight Watchers one more time so I'm hoping this will help. I love the menu planning. My husband is eating up all the goodies and then he is going on the diet with me, just the healthy part not the calorie reduction part. I am turning 70 in December and want to be healthy as I can be. I have been working on eating healthier and exercising for more than 8 years but my weight is still my biggest challenge. I am determined this time. Thanks for the support. We can do this together. How long have you been a member?

well you've come to the right place. you've joined a great team who are here to help you in your health journey.

everyones chemistry is different. people who can eat anything and not gain weight have no concept of what we go through. so try this,

first throw out all the junk food in your house.

then Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. you must burn more calories than you eat.

exercising is key. I hope this helps

Hi and welcome to both of you. Fibromyalgia is very painful, Just start slow and do what you can. Making healthier eating choices will help also.

Hello and welcome to the team! My daughter has fibromyalgia and I know how often she is unable to function. Some days are good and some are bad. This is a great site and it has a lot of useful tools to use. Glad to have you join us.

I know this site will work, I was on weight watchers on-line until they changed the point system. No points for fruits and most veggies,,, well if you eat all fruit it adds up to sugar, it didn't work at all for me. I like this much better. Now I just have to get up off my A@@ thank you for your reply emoticon

I feel so out of shape,, it's time to go for the gold. I have always been a thin person and with fibromyalgia and disability I have just let it get out of control.. I need to move more! Thank you for reading this and I know it's going to work this time!
