Welcome back. Just remember, this is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change. We need to make small changes that we can live with for the rest of our lives. If we fail to do that we will simply gain it all back again.
My story sounds alot like all that I've had the opportunity to read. I was thin when I was in my early age gained about 50+lbs to much; I joined this club on 3/02/11 again didn/t stick to it the first time in 2009 or 2010 and deceid to try once again to follow the plan. Before I started on 02/12/2011 I weighed 185 and deceide to just start small and walk 30mins or somedays 60mins and I lost 5lbs from 02/12/2011 -02-28-11 so you see small steps pays big. My goal weigh is 133....plan to stick to this journey.
