When you have back pain it is very hard to get in any movement. Just keep track of what you eat and hopefully it will help a little. Believe me I've been there with the back pain.

emoticon emoticon Welcome! You are being smart to not rush an injury. Pushing might only make it worse and prolong the time before you can jump energetically into your routine. In the scheme of things, what's a few days, anyway?

I've been a SparkPerson for one month now, have lost four pounds and am feeling much better than I did four weeks ago. Hope the same happens for you, and that your back pain eases very soon.

Hey everyone I am really glad to be here. I won't do any exercising today,I hurt my back yesterday and I can hardly move. But I am still willing to do what I can. I am excited to start my journey and have so many to help me along the way
